Marram Studio a trading name of Digitata Ltd and is registered in Scotland under company number SC186736. Our main trading address (studio/workshop) is Studio 29, Six Harmony Row, Glasgow, G51 3BA and our registered office is 31 Dundas Street, Stromness, Orkney, KW16 3BZ.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £30

Orders £0-10.00 = £1.25 delivery charge
Orders £10.01-20.00 = £2 delivery charge
Orders £20.01-30.oo = £3 delivery charge

UK orders are normally delivered within 10 working days from receipt of your order, but occasionally may take up to 21 days if an item is out of stock. In the event of such an extended period, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel the order.

Most goods are sent by Royal Mail and may require a signature and if you have any special instructions (such as a neighbour who can receive goods if you are out) include these details in the "delivery notes" section at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are despatched by Royal Mail’s Airmail service. We aim to despatch your order in 10 working days, but some items may take up to 21 days to be despatched if the item is out of stock. Royal Mail’s Airmail service generally takes 3-4 days to Europe and 5-7 days to the rest of the World, although it can take longer during busy periods such as before Christmas.

Customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Cushions

For international orders we ship cushions without pads as the volume makes them uneconomical to ship and the sizes are all fairly standard so it should be easy to buy cushion pads to fit in your local furnishing store. When placing your order be sure to select the “cover only” option.

We accept payment online by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, American Express and Paypal. All transactions will be carried out in GB pounds. Prices include VAT where applicable. No goods will be despatched until the order has been paid for in full.

Shopping with Marram Studio is completely safe. All credit card payment details are validated and processed by Paypal. Paypal uses the very latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that you are safe while shopping online and at no time will Marram Studio see your credit/debit card details. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.

Paying by Phone:
UK customers may also order and pay by phone - you can call us on 0141 445 2731. If we are busy please leave a name and number and we will return your call. Be sure to have all your order details handy, it may be useful to have printed out a copy of a completed order form.

Paying by Cheque/P.O.:
You can post an Order (with a copy of the completed Order Form) to Marram Studio, Digitata Ltd, Studio 29, Six Harmony Row, Glasgow, G51 3BA; with a GBP sterling Cheque (drawn from a UK bank, made payable to Digitata Ltd) or a UK Postal Order. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received full payment.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

All our products are designed and hand made with great care and we hope your shopping experience at marramstudio.com is quick, efficient and satisfying. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return item/s from your order for an exchange or refund (less delivery costs) at any time within 14 days of receipt providing items are returned in their original / resaleable condition.

Please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the reason for Return / Exchange. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Marram Studio. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Occasionally, unfortunately, goods do get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, please advise us and we will supply replacement goods as soon as possible. If you do receive damaged goods, please sign for the goods as "damaged" and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers.

Returning goods from outside the UK

You must mark on the package that it is a return/replacement if it is a return from outside the United Kingdom, so that products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes on re-entering the UK.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Marram Studio will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including the contact information of those who subscribe to our mailing list. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter and announcements, please contact us or click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email when you receive it.

We will never see your credit/debit card details as this information is securing processed through Paypal.

All dimensions are approximate and every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately. As most of the items are natural materials, hand printed and/or handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. The weaving, dying and printing of natural fabrics may contain minor variations and irregularities, which are characteristics of fabrics and should not be treated as defects.
